Saw these coming over the Triboro Bridge(sorry RFK) after work. Rushed to the water front to nab this shot. Had to shoot handheld, but still came out pretty good.

Broke the rules with this one a little bit. I didn’t take either of the photos in this composite today. They were taken a month ago and over last summer respectively. I did shoot all day, just nothing I like more than the double image I made in a mini photoshop tutorial for a friend. I’m updating the bylaws.

Everything’s frozen. Winter in New York is so gray. Sometimes in an unbearable way. I have to find color where I can get it. A neon sign reflected in a frozen bus shelter will serve for tonight. Shades of gray have their place, but I’m craving color.
