Anxiety
Like most of us living in the constantly connected age, I suffer from anxiety from time to time. Sometimes there’s a reason for it(bills, work, life) other time its just there serving as a reminder that we’re teetering on the edge of order and chaos.
I’m a worrier. I can find a reason to worry about anything. Things can be fine, and I’ll find a way to make it seem like everything is on the verge of collapse.
If I’m able to be logical(which is normally the case) I’m aware that I’m manufacturing a situation, and most of the time everything goes to a simmer instead of a full boil. Walks work. Runs are better. I pretend that coffee helps, but I’m perfectly happy ignoring that the caffeine is probably a catalyst for anxiety.
Anyway I went out to shoot long exposures at the Astoria Blvd NQ stop. I had to go up above because the highway sign was going to get in the way. Below you can see the perfectly pleasant long exposure of 278 and the Triboro Bridge(I have nothing but love for RFK, but we all know its the Triboro.)
The long exposure used for the main photo is not the same as the one below, and I felt like I had to include them both.
