Figures
Figures

This is why when your knee starts hurting 5 miles into an 8 mile run, it might be a good idea to have a metrocard of at least fucking cab fare.  Now I got a knee bracelet.

If you visit this site with any frequency, you’ve noticed, that maybe I should call it 1aweek the way I’ve been posting.  Today is day 1 of making a serious attempt to reboot the series.

Scan Lines
Scan Lines

Fun with scan lines.  I think I’m finally getting this back on track, although I shouldn’t speak too soon.  I’ve been keeping myself busy outside of work, trying to learn new things.  I think I just need to be realistic in what I can accomplish, and how much time its going to take me.  I have a tendency of biting off more than I can chew.

This one makes me really happy for some reason, if you look closely enough you can see the color seperation.  The things that make me smile…

Bullet Peep Hole
Bullet Peep Hole

At this perspective my peep hole looks like a bullet hole.  Had a nice breakthrough today on an 8 and almost a half mile run.  Hashed out how I want my site to work a little bit, a few projects that I want to work on, and some personal life stuff.  There’s something about pounding pavement and burning lungs that really set my mind free.

Baba
Baba

I had to mail a dvd of photos for a client at the post office on Atlantic Avenue today.  When I got to the counter I was approached by this man, who first asked me if I was a musician.  I told him I was a photographer, and then he asked me if I could help him.

The inner New Yorker in me was waiting for the usual line, waiting for him to ask me for money, but it never came.  He asked if I could fill out an address on an envelope for him for something that he seemed concerned about.  It was nice to help this dude out, and I want to get more shots like these.

I also need to start writing what I want to write sooner, because I had a lot more to say earlier, and now I can’t seem to remember anything.

On Set
On Set

I always say this, but I thoroughly enjoy working on set.  I think this is what I’m supposed to do.  They always say to do what you love.
