I’m finding that I need to remind myself that this isn’t a place for me to produce my very best work. This is a place to work every day, and try to find something ordinary and make it special. This morning when I first woke up there was a beam of light shining into my room. Today was a gimme day.
So I watched this pick up truck back into this other cars windshield. No one seemed to care, but I just watched everything shatter. I’m guess they’re all going to the junkyard anyway, but it was just weird.
Kind of looks like the night sky. Not that we can see the stars here.
I had a plan to write 250 words a day. It has not been going exactly as planned.
I think we can all relate. Feeling buried? Shovel yourself out.
My favorite dreams the ones where I can fly. The last time I had a dream where I could fly I was on the Nicotine patch, the ultra vivid dreams were the best part of quitting. I’ve heard people call them terrifying, but mine were always really amazing, even the kind of scary ones. It was like going to the movies every night.
It’s like a martian landscape out there. Winter turns familiar things into an alien planet. This isn’t NY its the planet Hoth, and AT-AT are just beyond the horizon line. As terrible as that could be it would make an amazing daily.
