Worked crew for the KC and the Sunshine Band show at Empire City. I have a ton of photos to go through still, but I loved this frozen slice of time.

Weren’t cell phone frequencies wiping out all the bees. I swear there was a good few years where I wouldn’t see a single bee. Welcome back little guys. Please don’t sting me.

Rode my bike all over Brooklyn today. I was running errands and didn’t have much time to take pictures, so when I came around Grand Army Plaza I decided to stop and take pictures of the piano there. I’m really happy I did because I really love this photo.

I know this looks like a Honda ad, but I’m more interested in the elevated train. There’s something about L trains that are just interesting to me. Most of all I’m happy I don’t live near one.

I went to see The Heavy last night. This isn’t them. These are nicknacks tat live on the windowsill in my kitchen. I was hoping to bring my camera to the concert last night, but couldn’t get a go ahead from the venue. Kind of a bummer because I thought it would be a nice addition. Instead here are some other things that I live with.

The lighting in this sound booth actually looks pretty cool. That’s all I got to say at 2 am.

My long days are the hardest days to get photos for this blog. I’m pretty sure I was on my feet for 13 hours straight, and didn’t stop shooting all day. Most of the time I can’t use 95% of the photos I take for one reason or another. I forced myself to take a few of these fractured photos during the tv taping last night specifically for this site. I’m pretty happy with the results.

Mom and Rob came back to Brooklyn today. I ran them ragged through the Botanic Gardens and through Prospect Park before searching for food. Also somehow I got a deer tick in Brooklyn, which has to be like the parasitic equivalent of winning the lottery.

Sometimes I feel like unfocused light(bokeh) is a crutch. Such a pretty pretty crutch. On a seemingly unrelated note: it’s really a good feeling being able to preempt a client or boss’s requests. It’s like being a little psychic.

Just added a whole slew of new plates to my food portfolio. It was difficult watching a lot of this delicious food slide past me. Thankfully I got to try a few of the steaks and this ceviche.
